I have not tried printing labels again since.I've seen this problem posted other places with no real resolution presented. Printed labels before, but that was on a WIndows 7 pc and I think probably Microsoft Word 2007 or 2008. My computer is a HP Pavilion and the operating system is WIndows 10 64-bit. printer is a Canon Pixma 3100 series printer. If I send a normal document to the printer from Word, I see it displayed in the preview, click on print and it prints without any problem.
